The
Association now has over 1333 Life
Members which make it the largest organization of
the adult deaf in the country, perhaps Asia.
About one fourth of its Life Members are spread across the India.
In short Association has its presence in all the States of the
country as well as some Union Territories, and is truly an
organization with local name but national presence.
With two deaf from Bangladesh joining as members and more coming
from Nepal, Pakistan etc., it will soon become an International
body.

Assembly : It
meets annually, approves Annual Reports and receives Auditor's
report, Balance Sheets, etc.

Assembly (Elections)
It meets every two years to elect office bearers including Members
of Executive Committee, for a two year term.

Committee
Meets every two months or as needed and transacts all the day
to day work under the guidance of Chairman, Vice Chairman, Vice
Chairperson with Secretary looking after day to day work.
