Over two dozen participants took part in this event. They walk on the ramp with aplomb, quite at home, in the lime light as true professional models.

Beauty and brain both were judged as they were questioned on a cross section of subjects as also of their future plans. The judges, some of the city's top socialites had a hard time in making up their choice.

Judges were assisted in questioning participates by sign language interpreters. While the winner and runner ups were richer by few thousands each, all the participant were given consolation prizes in cash.
